Update after sooo long 

My last update was 2 months ago and I have been slacking off majorly. I was exercising but not as much as I should have. Then I didn’t do anything for two weeks.

My fitness was really good and I also improved a lot, used heavier weights, but my measurements are not that good. I also live at home right now because of university vacation which is three months long. I am eating way too much here and there is always something to snack on. I know it is my fault. My first step failure.







Saturday’s Workout: ZWOW 6 - 10 minute Challenge

My rounds: 5 rounds + 10 Puls Plyo Jumps

Old rounds: 4 rounds + 10 + 8 + 4 Kick Ups

Improvement: 2 Kick Ups + 10 Puls Plyo Jumps, Push ups unmodified





Wednesday’s Workout: ZWOW 5 - 10 Minute Challenge

My rounds: 4 rounds + 10 Bicep Curls etc + 30 Climbers + 9 Sumo Dead etc

Old rounds: 4 rounds + 5 Bicep Curls etc

Improvement: heavier weight and PLUS 5 Bicep Curls etc + 30 Climbers + 9 Sumo etc

As a side note, I did the ZWOW 26 today. No reps because it is pretty much impossible to count them. Kinda bugs me that I can’t count them.



Tuesday’s Workout:

ZWOW 4: Time Challenge 3 rounds

Old time: 24:31 minutes

New time: 23:08 minutes

Improvement: Push ups with actual twist and 1 minute 23 seconds




Today I only did this workout.

ZWOW 3

This is already the third time I completed number 3, but the first time I did not time myself. The second I timed myself, but forgot the skaters.

My time: 15:32 minutes

Improvement: First and last round unmodified push ups.



Today’s workout:

20 minutes of skipping

ZWOW 2

3 rounds of

in 17:56 minutes

Old time: 21:12 minutes

Improvement: 3 minutes 16 seconds



Monday’s Workouts:

ZWOW 24 - 10 Minute Time Challenge

My old reps: 2 rounds + 15 Dynamic Squats + 15 Kick Ups + 10 Dive Bombers + 1 Get Up

My new reps: 3 rounds + 15 Dynamic Squats

Improvement: 9 Get Ups + 15 Dynamic Squats
